Fabrication
Systems are constructed with square cut components which are mechanically jointed using self tapping screws into special cleats. Torsion bars are used for compressive strength and a proprietary sealant is used on mental joints, staying in line with good practice.

Senior Architectural Systems SF52
The Senior Architectural Systems SF52 system is a truly versatile aluminium curtain walling product, which offers a variety of aesthetic options to make every project stand out, while also making fabrication easy.
SF52 is perfect for both ground floor and high rise projects and the system comes with consistent, slim 52mm sightlines, as well as enhanced thermal performance designed to surpass current building regulations.
All configurations are fully CWCT & EN13830 weather-tested and are 100% recyclable, with a life expectancy of 40+ years.
Jack Aluminium JD47
The Jack Aluminium JD47 Non-Thermal Commercial Door & Shopfront system is perfect for high-traffic commercial and public sector projects, such as shops, car showrooms, leisure facilities, and schools.
Ensuring maximum security, a 22mm glazing height on the beads means a greater glass coverage and higher resistance to break-ins.
Anti-finger trap stile options and integral external beading add extra security. To facilitate ease of accessibility in narrow doorways, slim pocket channels are also available, as well as an extensive range of thresholds to suit a variety of buildings.
Jack Aluminium TD68
The Jack Aluminium TD68 Thermal Door & Shopfront is one of the most thermally-efficient and high-usage aluminium commercial door systems on the market.
Accredited to STS202 – BR2 Security Standards, TD68 will protect against break-ins using hand tools and levers, focusing on the glazing, beading, and locking systems.
Offering a thermally-efficient, highly secure, and cost-effective solution, the TD68 system is quick and easy to install, and will keep you compliant with PAS24-tested side lights and fan lights as standard.
