Often lead times can change depending on a number of reasons. Currently, lead times for our slimline Korniche Roof Lanterns is 6-7 weeks. For our Flat Fixed roof lights, lead times are currently 2-3 weeks.
Customers have a legal right to cancel orders up to 7 days after the orders has been placed and will receive a full refund. However, because all the goods listed are bespoke and made to order, unfortunately after this period we are unable to accept and returns or refunds unless the goods are faulty.
If you believe an order to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact a member of our sales team on info@framexuk.co.uk to create your claim. At this point we will then assess your order to ascertain whether the fault lies with the manufacturing process.
If your goods are deemed to be damaged or faulty then a full refund or exchange of goods will be provided. Refunds of this nature can take up to 7 days to be issued. If an exchange is appropriate, please note this can take up to 28 working as a replacement will need to be made.
Any returns that are deemed to be faulty must be returned at the cost of the customer, we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package therefore we recommend using tracking numbers to ensure your package is returned to us safely.
